ShakerWatch - Wireless Vibration Analyzer for Vibratory Screen Shakers

Motionics ShakerWatch is an iPad-based vibration analyzer specialized for vibratory screen equipment and shale shakers. This kit includes a ShakerWatch tri-axial accelerometer with magnetic base that can be attached to any test point on a shaker to measure and analyze vibration motion in three directions.

It packs a precise accelerometer, a powerful onboard processor, and a Bluetooth Low Energy radio module. It communicates with iPad wirelessly allowing motion and vibration test of a vibratory screen shaker in a very quick and safe way. The innovation of ShakerWatch brings more safety and accuracy to the industry. Tests can be done much faster without the need for a deep knowledge of vibration. The wireless technology eliminates wiring, connectors and other complexities to increase safety, ease of use, and durability.

The ShakerWatch iPad App performs X-Y orbit test with auto-calculated RPM, G force, stroke and angle. Bump test, side displacement and support structure vibration tests can be also be performed within the app. The App generates PDF reports automatically with a simple button tap.
