Motionics Wireless Bore Gauge Set combines Bluetooth dial indicator BlueDial/BlueDial-LT with a high-quality bore gauge set to make bore ID measurements easy.

BlueDial/BlueDial-LT measures anvil movements and wirelessly transmits readings to paired mobile device continuously at 10/8 Hz rate. In our MultiGage Reader App, the user can set the gauge in peak hold mode to automatically capture max value in calibration and min value in real measurement. Instead of carefully keeping an eye on the dial face and visually determining the origin and dial needle swing, the user now only needs to rock the gauge a few times in the bore. MultiGage Reader also offers custom calculator feature to let user create a custom gauge to include preset value in calculation to directly convert deviation measurement to real ID value. Furthermore, GO/NG judgment feature can be enabled to directly display accept/reject result based on user-entered upper/lower tolerance.

The robust bore gauge set utilizes a two-point contact system to detect geometry problems such as ovality and taper, and carbide-tipped contact points offer extended wear and improved abrasion resistance. The insulated grip offers extra stability while taking measurements. 11 anvils and 4 spacers are included for easy adjustment when taking measurements in different bores.

With wireless data transmission and automatic min and max detection, Motionics wireless bore gauge set minimizes human error and measurement time and increases accuracy.
